The extended insertion flange level transmitter operates on the principle of static pressure. It senses the liquid pressure through a measuring diaphragm inserted into the container, which then transmits the pressure through a capillary to the main body, converting it into a standard 4-20mA DC signal (with HART protocol). This transmitter features an insertion structure that is resistant to interference, a variety of diaphragm materials, flexible installation, and intelligent design. It is widely used in the petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical, and food industries for level measurement in storage tanks and reactors.
Suitable for viscous applications with blockage problems
The installed sealing membrane should be flush with the inner wall of the tank to prevent process blockage
Easy to install on flange connections of 2 inches (DN 50) and 4 inches (DN 100)
