Accurate measurement of Yigeqi smart meters in water treatment of liquor plants

In the treatment process of the liquor plant, accurate flow and level measurement is the key to ensure stable water quality. Temperature transmitters


1. Brewing water storage tank:

The brewing water storage tank is an important hub connecting water treatment and brewing production, and the water stored in it will be directly involved in the brewing process of baijiu. On the one hand, drastic changes in the ambient temperature can have an impact on the water temperature inside the tank, and on the other hand, frequent water intake and replenishment operations can also cause water temperature fluctuations during the use of water, and its temperature stability is crucial.

The temperature transmitter has a DC current output of 4~20mA, which has accurate measurement performance and good stability, real-time monitoring, and maintains production continuity.

2. Acid and base dosing for wastewater treatment:

The adjustment of the pH of wastewater requires frequent contact with concentrated acid/alkali, which shortens the life of traditional instruments, makes it impossible to operate stably for a long time, and a series of chain reactions affect the stability of the entire production line. The temperature transmitter does not need to be replaced frequently, and the comprehensive self-diagnosis function monitors the corrosion status of the diaphragm in real time, giving early warning, safe and controllable.

3. High temperature fermenter

The temperature in the fermenter is more than 100°C, the temperature is high, and the pressure fluctuates greatly. Functions such as the HART communication protocol enable technicians to quickly modify parameters using the mobile app at a safe distance, reducing manual contact with high-temperature equipment and ensuring safety.

In the detection of large pools of its water treatment system, there is a large amount of foam and steam, and the interference of foam will cause false echoes, signal failure and other effects to make errors in the general instrument, resulting in high liquid level display, resulting in overflow risk or damage to the empty pumping of the water pump, or the wrong action of the dosing system such as excessive acid and alkali. Interference with steam is also a headache, as signal scattering and condensate can cause level data to jump and the control system to operate stably.


Radar level gauge

The non-contact measurement of 80GHz radar level sensor has a measurement accuracy of ±1mm, which realizes a more compact RF architecture, higher signal-to-noise ratio, smaller blind area, and continuous and stable measurement without fear of the attenuation of steam and dust on radar echoes.

The criss-crossing pipes, the continuous flow of water, and the depth of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter are also integrated into all links, from the introduction of raw water to the discharge of wastewater, the whole process plays a key role:

1. Raw water pretreatment stage

When raw water is introduced from the water source into the liquor plant, it first goes through a pre-treatment process. If the flow rate is too large, the subsequent sedimentation, filtration and other equipment will be overloaded, resulting in poor treatment effect; If the flow rate is too small, the production schedule may be affected.


Electromagnetic flowmeter


With high-precision measurement capabilities, the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter monitors the flow rate of raw water in real time. As soon as an abnormal flow is detected, the data is immediately fed back to the control system.

2. Production water delivery stage

The pretreated water is used for different processes such as brewing and cleaning, and the flow requirements vary greatly. The wide range of the electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for the large and small flow rates, and the two-way measurement meets the special working conditions; Real-time monitoring data, once the water consumption fluctuates, it is immediately fed back to the water supply system, dynamically adjusted to ensure production, and avoid affecting the quality and efficiency of winemaking.

3. Wastewater discharge monitoring stage

The production wastewater needs to be discharged up to the standard, and the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is installed in the discharge pipeline, which is not affected by impurities and pH, and accurately measures the flow. On the one hand, assist in adjusting the dosage of sewage treatment chemicals and equipment parameters to ensure that the standards are met; On the other hand, it helps wineries to grasp the rules of wastewater, save water and reduce treatment costs.
